Recently Google the search engine technology giant has published a very cool feature on its search engine, the new feature is named “Destinations on Google“.
With Google Maps So powerful and useful to many people, Google isn’t satisfied yet and is now adding Destinations on Google, where you can easily get ideas or plan your vacation in just one click. Not only vacation spots but you also get information on flights, cheap hotels, when to go to that place and also what activities you will do at the vacation spot. Google makes the feature nearly reality.
But for now you can only enjoy this feature on Google search on smartphones, this feature functions like a digital travel agency providing fast, comprehensive, and intuitive information. This will help you narrow down where (and when) to travel, combine multiple destinations in your dream trip, and let you set the cost parameters for your vacation itinerary so that it fits your pocket.
Here’s how to use the Google On Destinations feature:
Open Google on Smartphone
To find your vacation, go to Google on your Smartphone, type in a search keyword such as “Bali Destinations” or “Europe Destinations”. Always use the word “destination” every time you want to use this new feature of Google. You will find a series of information in different cities, presented in order of popularity (the data is determined by search volume and location data).
In the information for each destination, you will find when is the cheapest week to travel and the average price of flights from your current location, along with the average cost of a three-star hotel. Of course, the information presented by Google’s new feature makes it the best way to get information and costs and even the right schedule for holidays.
Finding Your Dream Vacation
To find the Dream Trip or the trip of your dreams, there is a small menu at the top of the destinations card that allows you to filter or filter your desired dates, budgets, or in some cases flowers. Choose “architecture” instead of “hiking,” for example, your destination for a vacation to Europe will shift from Majorca and Mount Etna to Amsterdam and Madrid. Click on a specific month and the card will show you the most affordable weeks to travel within the timeframe you specify. Suppose you enter a budget of only $ 1000 for a seven night vacation then Google will not display expensive cities like Paris or London.
Once you’ve decided on your vacation destination, you have two options: you can explore to learn more about local highlights, or “plan a trip” by selecting dates, flights, and hotels.
In Explore mode, the most useful features are on the part of the recommended trip, based on where the traveler is actually going (and in what order) – Google can tell that by looking at location data – as anonymous as well as a combination of popular searches.
This “Plan A Trip” shows just how massive Google data is. Here, an algorithm for calculating the total cost of your trip, adjusts the amount of money directly via calendar options. It also adjusts flight options, presenting three or four optimal trips at the top and the rest sorted by price. And for hotel choices based on your preferences, showing you for what you ordered and according to the date you want.
The following is an easy way to find your best vacation trip with Google Destinations which is easy, fast and with complete information. Of course this Google feature still has many weaknesses, because Google displays information based on the data it has from the merger of various sites and popular search engine searches. Hopefully this feature will be developed more accurately and more easily, because this feature will be really useful and make it easier for us to find vacation spots, vacation time, vacation expenses and find hotels that fit our holiday budget.
