Instagram also just announced that you will soon be able to add lyrics to the music in your Stories!

How to Add Music to Instagram Stories
Ready to start adding soundtracks to your next Instagram Story? It is very easy! Just follow the steps below and you’ll be instantly posting photos and videos to your favorite music beat.
First, download the latest version of the Instagram application for iOS or Android. After you’ve updated the app, open Instagram Stories by tapping the camera icon at the top right of your homepage.
After you take a photo or video, tap the sticker button at the top of the screen and then tap the “Music” sticker.
This will open up the Instagram music library where you’ll find thousands of songs to choose from. You can search for a specific song, or browse by mood, genre, or what song is trending.
You can tap the “Play” button to listen before adding it to your Stories.
When you’ve found the right song, you can fast forward and rewind through the tracks to select the right part that fits your Stories.
You can also choose how long you want the music clip to play, this Instagram Stories only provides (maximum 15 seconds).
If lyrics are available for the song you selected, they will appear automatically on your screen.
You can then choose a different font and design for the lyrics, and you can edit which parts of the song you want to play.
When someone watches your Stories, they can tap “Lyric” to see more about the artist, bring up the lyrics or hear more of the song.
Done, and you can tap the “Music” sticker to play your music stories before publishing.
Now you’re ready to post to Instagram Stories as usual – add a GIF, poll, hashtag, or whatever you might want to add, tap the “Your Story” button at the bottom of your screen, and you’re all set!
If you are using iOS, you can also select a song before taking your video or photo. Just swipe to the new “Music” heading under record mode when you’re on the Instagram Stories camera.
From here, the same as before. Just search for a song, select the part you want for your photo or video, and record your story while the song plays in the background. It’s easy, right?

Instagram’s music library is filled with thousands of songs and artists such as Bruno Mars, Dua Lipa, Calvin Harris, and Guns N ‘Roses – all thanks to a recent partnership with a record label by Facebook.
